Joshua Firima has been building businesses since he was 16. His latest venture, KrosAI, wants to make it easier for businesses to deploy voice AI agents to communicate with customers, particularly in markets where the infrastructure needed to support them is not readily available.
Firima describes KrosAI as the AI-native telecommunications infrastructure enabling developers and businesses to deploy voice agents compliantly and reliably at scale in hard-to-reach markets.
It’s a long-winded description, but it, in some ways, mirrors how the startup arrived at its current business model.
