This new mid-range contender features a remarkably slim 7.2mm profile and a brighter display compared to its M55 predecessor. Notably, it ships with Android 15 and One UI 7, promising an impressive six years of OS and security updates.

While currently launching in India, Samsung hasn’t confirmed wider availability, though past M-series releases suggest potential expansion to markets like Indonesia, Brazil, and parts of Europe in the coming months. The smartphone will be available for purchase in select markets starting April 23.

Alongside it, Vivo is expected to launch the X200s, boasting an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a substantial 6000mAh battery. Vivo T4 5G

Expected this April as the successor to the T3 5G, the Vivo T4 5G shapes up to be a solid mid-range option. It’s looking like a strong contender thanks to its powerful performance, large AMOLED display, and massive battery, all without a premium price tag.

While the design and camera might not be the flashiest, the T4 5G’s value proposition, especially at its rumored $250 price, seems pretty compelling. Teasers suggest a sleek design with a circular camera and matte glass back, coming in two colours. Despite packing a huge battery, it’s surprisingly slim and light, and its IP68/IP69 rating makes it seriously durable against water and dust.

The 50MP main camera with a Sony sensor is also expected to deliver impressive photos with vibrant colours and good low-light performance, based on Vivo’s track record with the T series.

OnePlus 13T

Launch Date: April 24 | Display: 6.31 inch” 1.5K | Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite | Camera: Dual 50MP Rear + 50MP Telephoto + 32MP Selfie | Battery and Charging: 6200mAh, 80W Fast | Software: Android 15 | Storage: 16GB RAM/512GB | Price: $510

OnePlus is surprisingly bringing a compact flagship, likely called the 13T (or possibly 13 Mini in some markets), expected to launch initially in China and later globally. This 6.3-inch phone shares the same powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset as the OnePlus 13 but packs a larger 6200mAh battery.

Although a toned-down flagship, the core performance should be similar, with the main difference being in the cameras, as the 13T won’t feature Hasselblad tuning or the same telephoto sensors as the OnePlus 13. It’s positioned as a mid-premium competitor against devices like the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone 16e.

CMF Phone 2 Pro

Launch Date: April 28, 2025 | Display: 6.7 inch AMOLED | Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G | Camera: Dual Camera 50MP Sony sensor + Portrait sensor, Ultrawide 50 MP, Selfie 32MP | Battery and Charging: 5000mAh, 33W Fast, 5W Reverse Wired | Storage: 8GB RAM/128GB | Expected Price: $259

Sporting a rear design that might immediately remind you of the OnePlus 7T, the upcoming CMF Phone 2 Pro has been officially teased ahead of its India launch on April 28.

Expect a triple-camera setup within CMF’s signature orange design and a shift to more rounded edges compared to the first CMF Phone. While camera specifics are unconfirmed, upgrades from the July 2024 Phone 1’s 50MP main and 2MP depth sensors are anticipated.

The teaser also hints at customizable back panels, hinting that we might get interchangeable back panels again, a popular feature of its predecessor. Alongside the phone launch, CMF will also introduce three new audio products: the CMF Buds 2, CMF Buds 2a, and CMF Buds 2 Plus.
