ResQ-X Launches ‘Fleet OS’ and Hits Major Corporate Credit Milestone, Accelerating B2B Mobility Infrastructure Across Africa

ResQ-X, the Lagos-based mobility infrastructure company, today announced the launch of Fleet OS, an intelligence platform designed to help commercial fleet operators manage every aspect of their operations from a single dashboard.

While most fleet software only provides GPS tracking, Fleet OS combines real-time vehicle visibility with fuel management, maintenance planning, roadside support, operational analytics and fleet financing, creating a unified operating system for businesses that rely on vehicles every day.

Unlike traditional software providers, ResQ-X built Fleet OS from years of operating on the ground.

The company already powers roadside assistance, towing, emergency fuel delivery and fleet support across Lagos. Every recovery, fuel delivery and maintenance request has generated operational insight into how commercial fleets actually run, allowing ResQ-X to build software around real operational problems instead of assumptions.

“Fleet operators don’t need another dashboard, they need operational intelligence,” said Nosa Okoroji, Founder and CEO of ResQ-X.

“We’ve spent years solving breakdowns, delivering fuel and supporting fleets in the real world. Fleet OS is the software layer built from those experiences. It helps operators reduce downtime, control fuel costs and make faster operational decisions.”

Fleet OS enables operators to:

  • Monitor vehicles in real time.
  • Track fuel purchases and consumption.
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance.
  • Manage driver activity & Scoring
  • Document and Papers Renewal
  • Fuel Fraud Detection
  • View operating costs from a single dashboard.
  • Embedded Credit for Fleet/Assets Uptime.
  • Receive actionable operational insights via embedded AI Assistant.

Beyond software, the platform connects customers directly to ResQ-X’s operational infrastructure, creating a seamless experience from digital management to physical service delivery.

The launch also marks another milestone for the company as it continues expanding its fleet ecosystem.

Since launching its fleet operations, ResQ-X has:

  • Built one of Lagos’ fastest-growing commercial mobility support networks.
  • Connected businesses to an expanding network of recovery partners and service providers.
  • Introduced embedded credit facilities that help fleet operators keep vehicles moving without disrupting cash flow.
  • Continued expanding its technology platform to simplify day-to-day fleet operations.

Rather than treating software, fuel, financing and roadside assistance as separate products, ResQ-X is bringing them together into one integrated platform.

As businesses across Africa look for ways to reduce operating costs while improving reliability, the company believes the future of fleet management lies in connecting operational services with intelligent software.

Fleet OS represents the next step in that vision.

“Our ambition isn’t simply to build fleet software,” Okoroji added.

“We’re building the operating system for commercial mobility across Africa.”
