Payments, CRM, and accounting tools now connect directly into Bujeti's finance operating system, so a closed deal becomes an invoice, a chased payment, and a reconciled book without manual work, and every business gets one current source of truth.

Bujeti today rolled out 15+ native integrations, connecting the tools businesses already use, from Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave to HubSpot, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Make and Zapier, directly into its finance control centre. Built in-house as true one-to-one mappings rather than third-party patches, the integrations let businesses of any size, and the finance teams and CFOs inside them, run the entire revenue stack in one place: close a deal, issue an invoice, and let Bujeti chase payment automatically, so money comes in without anyone lifting a finger and the books stay current on their own.

The launch marks Bujeti’s clearest move yet from a finance tool to a finance operating system: the connected layer where payments, sales, and accounting meet and where the work between them happens automatically. For businesses that have long stitched their money operations together by hand, it is a category shift in how finance runs, complemented by AI teammates that handle routine finance work.

The problem: finance stitched together by hand

For most growing businesses, the money story is fragmented. A deal closes in the CRM, a payment lands in a processor, an invoice gets retyped into accounting software, and someone spends hours each week moving data between systems that were never designed to talk to each other. The result is slow collections, reconciliation gaps, revenue that leaks through the seams, and a finance team that spends more time assembling numbers than acting on them.

The cost lands on the whole business: decisions made on figures that are already stale, controls that weaken every time a new tool is added, and audits that turn into fire drills. It is felt most sharply by whoever owns the numbers, a founder in a lean team or a CFO in a larger one.

The shift: one connected finance layer

Bujeti’s integrations remove the manual layer entirely. When a deal is won in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Odoo CRM, Bujeti automatically creates a draft invoice from the deal data, then writes the invoice’s status back to the CRM as it progresses, so Sales see whether a deal has been billed and paid without chasing finance. On the collections side, unpaid invoices tied to Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave feed straight into Chaser, Bujeti’s automated payment follow-up, so overdue payments get pursued on their own. And the accounting connectors, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, Odoo, and Tyms, push categorised transactions into the ledger as money moves, so the books stay current with no CSV exports and no month-end upload scramble.

“The integrations aren’t the story on their own. Now businesses can connect their payment tools, their CRM, and their accounting to Bujeti, and invoicing, collections, and reconciliation stop being manual work. Once connected, there’s no

the data just moves the way it should. Our goal is to take the busy work off your plate and give you back the time to run your business.”

— Cossi Achille AROUKO, CEO and Co-founder, Bujeti

“We’re excited about this integration because it brings two important parts of running a business closer together. Bujeti helps businesses manage their financial operations day-to-day, while Tyms helps turn that financial activity into accurate, up-to-date accounting. By connecting the two, we’re reducing the manual work businesses and accountants have to deal with and making it easier for them to have a clearer picture of their finances.”

What it means for the business

For any business, the change is not just speed; it is the shift from reporting on the past to steering in real time, whether the person watching the numbers is a founder, an operations lead, or a CFO.

  • Real-time visibility: Cash position, collections, settlements, and spend update as money moves, so founders, CFOs, and finance teams all work from numbers that are current, not a month old.
  • Control that scales: Approval rules, budgets, and policy enforcement now extend across every connected system, so control does not weaken as the business adds tools, entities, or headcount.
  • Faster cash in: Invoices are raised the moment a deal is won and chased automatically until they are paid, shortening the time between closing revenue and banking it.
  • Audit-ready by default: Every payment, invoice, and posting carries a full trail across the connected stack, cutting reconciliation time and shortening audit preparation.
  • Fewer people on manual work: Reconciliation, invoice creation, and payment follow-up run automatically, freeing teams of any size to move from data entry to the work that grows the business.

Leverage for teams of every size

A lean finance team, or even a one-person business, can now run an entire revenue operation as a single connected system: deals sync themselves, invoices generate themselves, and Bujeti pursues every outstanding payment. Larger finance teams get the same automation across multiple entities and currencies, with consolidated oversight for leadership. It is the kind of leverage that lets small teams operate above their size and lets big teams redeploy their people from busywork to strategy.
