Oghenetega Iortim, founder of Figorr, has stepped down as CEO, with Envir Fraser taking over the role.

Fraser previously spent 18 years at Convergence Partners, where he held roles including chief strategy officer and head of research, policy, and regulation. Iortim will transition to a board role.

A statement shared with Condia showed the leadership transition, approved by the board, began in December 2025 and concluded in June 2026.
