Justice Eneje is one of three co-founders of Juju Games, a Nigerian game studio founded in 2024. In the two years since then, few developments have excited him as much as artificial intelligence.

“If there is any group of people or geography that AI has had the greatest impact on, it will be Nigerian or African game developers,” he tells Condia.

Eneje was not always this bullish on AI. Like many people whose jobs depend on creativity, he was initially hesitant to incorporate AI into his work. But he has since come around, largely because of what it makes possible for a business operating in an industry where the cost of turning an idea into a finished product has historically been prohibitive.
