The June 2025 smartphone lineup. Prices start $286

June 2025 continues the pattern we’ve seen all year: big batteries, AI features, and aggressive pricing in both premium and upper midrange phones. 6000mAh+ batteries are now basically standard, while chips like Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400e are powering devices well under $700.

Vivo, in particular, seems to be pushing new models almost every other month, keeping its release pipeline busy with solid upper midrange options. OnePlus finally expands its lineup with the 13s, and though not part of this month’s launch, the upcoming Nord 5 is already getting attention for its impressive spec sheet. Infinix stays focused on gaming value, while Xiaomi’s Poco F7 sticks to its flagship killer playbook.

Prices this month stretch from $286 to $649, and even at the lower end, you’re getting strong displays, capable camera setups, and fast charging baked in. For anyone shopping in June, there’s no shortage of well-specced phones across different price points.

The OnePlus 13s officially launched on June 5, adding another solid option to the list of phones launching in June 2025. It’s essentially a more compact version of the OnePlus 13, with most of the core features carried over from the OnePlus 13T that was initially exclusive to China. The phone brings a sizable 6,260 mAh battery, bigger than what you’ll find on rivals like the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Pixel 9 Pro XL, or iPhone 16 Pro Max, all while keeping the weight at 185g and thickness at 8.2mm. It also has IP65 dust and water resistance.

Under the hood, you’re getting Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, AI-powered features, and a new customizable Plus Key that replaces the familiar Alert Slider. OnePlus will offer it in Black Velvet and Pink Satin color options. Although it won’t be officially available in the US or Europe, OnePlus has confirmed availability in other markets, including India and Africa, where it supports Google Play Services and most network bands.

2. Infinix GT 30 Pro

Launch Date: June 03, 2025 | Display: 6.78 inch OLED, 144Hz | Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate | Camera: 108MP + 8 MP/13MP Selfie | Battery and Charging: 5500mAh, 45W | Storage: 8-12GB RAM/2565-512GB | Expected Price: $286

Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G joins the June 2025 offerings with a clear focus on mobile gaming. It’s built around a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a fast 144Hz refresh rate, giving gamers that smooth, sharp visual experience. The IP64 rating adds some durability, while the physical triggers and cooling system help it handle extended gaming sessions.

You’re not getting flagship specs across the board, but at its price point, it balances performance and features well for anyone after solid gaming performance without breaking the bank. Infinix is also bundling exclusive accessories like the MagCharge Cooler and MagCase, both aimed at keeping the phone cool and efficient during heavy use.

3. Poco F7

Launch Date: Mid June 2025 | Display: 6.83 inch OLED, 120Hz | Processor: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 | Camera: 50MP + 8 MP/20MP Selfie | Battery and Charging: 7550mAh, 90W | Storage: 8GB RAM/128-256GB | Expected Price: $378

Xiaomi is getting ready to expand its Poco F series again this June, and the Poco F7 is one of the most anticipated phones on the list. While official release dates are still unconfirmed, fresh certifications hint that the global rollout is near.

Xiaomi has already introduced the Poco F7 Ultra and F7 Pro, but this upcoming model is positioned as the entry-level option in the lineup. The company is clearly tapping into nostalgia, marketing it as a spiritual successor to fan favorites like the Poco F1 and Poco F3 GT.

The Poco F7 sticks to Poco’s aggressive price-to-performance formula with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, and 6,500 mAh battery, targeting that affordable flagship vibe.

4. Vivo T4 Ultra

Launch Date: June 11, 2025 | Display: 6.78 inch AMOLED, 120Hz | Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 9400e | Camera: 50MP + 50MP + 8 MP/32MP Selfie | Battery and Charging: 6000mAh, 80W | Storage: 8-12GB RAM/256-512GB | Expected Price: $400

Vivo’s T4 Ultra just joined the list of phones already launched in June 2025. It builds on last year’s T3 Ultra with a quad-curved display, a stronger Dimensity 9300+ chip, and an upgraded camera setup that now includes a periscope telephoto lens.

You’re getting solid performance for day-to-day use, though it does heat up a bit under heavy tasks like gaming or extended camera use. Battery is decent at 5500mAh, but while the IP64 rating adds some protection, an IP68 rating would’ve made it feel more complete, especially at the higher price.

5. Vivo X200 FE

Launch Date: June Ending 2025 | Display: 6.31 inch OLED, 120Hz | Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 9400e | Camera: 50MP + 8 MP + 50MP/50MP Selfie | Battery and Charging: 6500mAh, 90W | Storage: 12-16GB RAM/256-512GB | Expected Price: $457

The Vivo X200 FE is on track for launch, likely by late June or early July 2025. It recently surfaced on the NCC certification site, giving us a clearer picture of what to expect. At its core, this is shaping up to be a global version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, so much of the hardware is already familiar. We’re looking at a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, which should feel smooth in daily use. The certification also confirms full network support from 2G to 5G, triple-band WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC.

Design-wise, the pink variant was spotted, showing a flat display with a punch-hole selfie camera, a pill-shaped rear camera module housing three sensors plus an LED ring light, and flat black side rails with rounded corners. The other colour options include Yellow, Black, and Grey. While Vivo hasn’t officially confirmed the exact launch date, everything points to a release window closing in fast.
