About
Morgan Williams is the co-founder and COO of Blockradar, the Lagos-based non-custodial stablecoin wallet infrastructure platform he built alongside Abdulfatai Suleiman. Based in the United States, Williams leads the operations and business development of a platform that has processed more than $100 million in on-chain stablecoin transactions, issued over 40,000 wallets, and serves more than 100 fintech clients across eight countries. Blockradar is backed by Coinbase Ventures and 4DX Ventures, and its proposition — providing wallet-as-a-service so fintechs can embed on-chain functionality without building blockchain teams — has found a growing market among African payment companies.
Williams belongs on the Borderless 100 because the blockchain infrastructure layer that Blockradar is building is increasingly what African fintechs rely on to move value quickly and compliantly across borders. His role in growing the client base and managing the business relationships that underpin that infrastructure places him among the people whose operational work will matter most as on-chain rails become more embedded in African financial services.
